Transfer Pricing and Business Model Manager (m/w/d)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the development and management of the Global Swiss Principal Business Models, with a focus on Crop Science EMEA, you define the intellectual property strategy, decide on function‑specific business model frameworks and optimize intragroup transactions.
In this role, you minimize tax exposure for the Bayer Group by advising local management and the business to comply with local and international tax requirements, while managing the transfer pricing function of the Basel Principal to safeguard compliance with Swiss and international laws, regulations and practices; You work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Supply Chain and Business to ensure that business model design, implementation and ongoing operation are fully aligned with Bayer’s strategic, financial and compliance objectives.
KEY TASKS:
Define, design and supervise the correct implementation of Principal Business Models for specific products within cross‑functional projects, ensuring compliance with national and international laws, regulations and practices, with a particular focus on tax;
Ensure that all effects of business model set‑up or changes are correctly reflected in divisional and legal entity budgets and forecasts, and that required substance and functions are allocated to the appropriate legal
