That’s Ontinue. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are looking for an Associate Technical Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Zurich and help shape the continuous improvement of Ontinue’s AI‑powered MXDR service. /p pThis role is ideal for someone with early product management experience or a strong technical, customer‑facing background in cyber security, such as Sales Engineering, Security Consulting, Security Operations, or Pre‑Sales. You do not need to be an expert in every area. What matters is that you understand cyber security environments, enjoy working with customers and technical teams, and are motivated to grow into a product management role. /p pYou will work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, Security Operations, Customer Success, and customers to translate market feedback, customer needs, and technical requirements into clear product priorities, requirements, user stories, and service improvements. /p pThis is a hands‑on role for someone who is structured, curious, customer‑focused, and comfortable moving between technical discussions, customer conversations, and product execution. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liSupport the development and continuous improvement of Ontinue’s MXDR service offering. /li liWork with Product, Sales, Engineering, Security Operations, Customer Success, and customers to understand needs, use cases, pain points, and desired security outcomes. /li liTranslate customer, market, and internal feedback into requirements, user stories, product concepts, and roadmap inputs. /li liSupport requirements engineering, including discovery, documentation, prioritization, validation, and stakeholder alignment. /li liJoin customer and prospect conversations to understand technical requirements and operational challenges. /li liHelp bridge commercial and technical teams by capturing, structuring, and following up on product feedback. /li liCreate clear diagrams, workflows, presentations, and documentation to explain product concepts and technical ideas. /li liSupport go‑to‑market activities with product knowledge, technical context, competitive insights, and messaging input. /li liMonitor trends in cyber security, MDR, MXDR, SOC operations, Microsoft Security, and AI‑powered security operations. /li liSupport product initiatives from discovery through execution, gradually taking ownership of selected topics as you grow in the role. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in Product Management, Requirements Engineering, Sales Engineering, Pre‑Sales, Cyber Security Consulting, Security Operations, or a similar technical customer‑facing role. /li liPractical cyber security experience, e.g., in managed security services, threat detection, incident response, SOC operations, consulting, or customer‑facing technical work. /li liAbility to understand customer needs, challenge assumptions, and translate feedback into clear product requirements. /li liConfidence working with Sales, customer‑facing teams, technical stakeholders, and customers. /li liStructured, analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on execution style. /li liClear communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liAbility to communicate complex technical ideas through diagrams, workflows, presentations, and written documentation. /li liCuriosity, ownership, and motivation to grow in a fast‑moving product environment. /li liWillingness to work regularly from our Zurich office. /li liFluency in English is required; German is a strong plus. /li /ul h3What Makes You Successful in This Role /h3 ul liYou succeed in this role by taking ownership, asking the right questions, and turning complex input into clear, actionable requirements. /li liYou are comfortable working close to customers and Sales while going deep into technical topics.
