We are looking for Regulatory Issues Remediation Specialist which has a vital role in providing support in the remediation activities as oversight to Enterprise’s regulatory obligations. The Regulatory Issues Remediation Specialist supports the Manager byimplementingthe end-to-end process for regulatory examinations, external audits, and internalissueremediation. This roleensuresthe organization is prepared, responsive, and aligned with regulatory expectations, while proactivelyidentifyingand resolving compliance gaps. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external regulators to drive effective outcomes and continuous improvement.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Assistsin the preparationfor regulatory examinations by organizing documentation,analyzing regulatory changes, andconducting mock audits.

2. Coordinate post-examination activities, including response drafting, issue tracking, and lessons learned documentation.

3. Provides support in the implementation ofremediation efforts in response to regulatory findings and internal audits, ensuringtimelyand effective resolution.

4. Monitor remediation progress and escalate delays or risks to senior leadership fortimelyintervention.

5. Develop and manage SMART corrective action plans to address compliance gaps and prevent recurrence.

6. Validate the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions through follow-up reviews and testing.

7. Conduct regular assessments and root cause analysis toidentifyand address non-compliance.

8. Maintain a centralized issue log to track, monitor, and report on compliance gaps and remediation status.

9. Collaborate with internal teams and external regulators to ensureaccurateresponses and alignment on remediation priorities.

Required Qualifications:

10. With at least 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within financial services

11. Proven strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and examination process

12. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

13. Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Banking, Finance, Insurance, Accounting or related course (nice to have only)

14. Strong written communication and technical writing skills

15. Knowledgeable with compliance frameworks and controls

16. Strong ethical compass and discipline

17. Ability to work under minimum supervision and independently

18. Ability to set priorities, managing overlapping timelines and competing demands

19. Ability to represent business internally within the company and externally outside of the company (e.g. regulators, industry peers) as needed
