Responsibilities
* Deliver an outstanding and personalized spa experience while ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction
* Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team through effective scheduling, training, and coaching
* Oversee smooth daily operations, including treatments, bookings, retail, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
* Manage suppliers, inventory, and product orders to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery
* Monitor budgets, revenues, and performance indicators while implementing strategies to maximize profitability
* Drive innovation by updating treatment offerings, collaborating with premium brands, and creating exclusive wellness experiences
Requirements
* Several years of proven leadership experience in spa management within 5* luxury hotels or resorts
* Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
* Professional training or certifications in spa management, wellness, or beauty therapies
* Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a diverse team
* Confident in using spa management systems and software
