In this role, you will support the analysis, documentation and testing of integrations between SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA and surrounding applications, ensuring stable and well-documented interfaces across the SAP landscape.ResponsibilitiesAnalyse business and technical requirements for SAP integrations with a focus on SAP HCMDesign and document technical interface specifications, including detailed field mappings and data transformation rulesCollaborate with functional consultants, developers and business stakeholders to define and implement integration solutionsCoordinate and execute system and integration testing of SAP interfacesAnalyse and support resolution of interface defects and data issuesSupport cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities related to SAP interfacesMaintain and update interface documentationRequired Skills & ExperienceProven hands-on experience working as an Integration Consultant or Integration Analyst in SAP environmentsHands-on experience with SAP HCM integrationsExperience writing technical interface specifications with field mappingsExperience with system and integration testingNice to have: Middleware integration experience (PI/PO, CPI, etc.)Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors integration experienceLanguagesFluent English (written and spoken)German is an advantageRef.
