COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SALES ADVISOR
As a Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor, you are a key link in the dealership and embody the brand’s values to prospects and customers more than anyone else. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of your daily concerns. You identify the needs of prospects and customers, advise them, and ensure the sale of new vehicles. You are also responsible for proposing and promoting various additional services such as financing offers, insurance, accessories, and trade-in of the current vehicle.
YOUR MISSION
Welcome prospects and customers, analyse their needs, advise them, introduce and allow them to test our vehicles, help them identify the vehicle that meets their expectations, finalise the sale by offering them a rich and personalised experience within the dealership
Prospecting and portfolio follow-up
Preparation of offers and sales contracts
Become your clients’ preferred Advisor and make them want to come back!
YOUR PROFILE
Several years of experience in commercial vehicle sales
Federal VET Diploma in a profession related to the automotive or commercial field
Strong commercial sense and comfortable with prospecting
Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator with a positive attitude
Regional network, knowledge of the local economic fabric and resident in the Lausanne area
Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English or German
Proficient in Microsoft Office and new technologies
Enjoys teamwork while being able to work independently.
