We are looking for a star in the financial world who will work closely with the CEO to perform financial tasks for the company and its clients. The successful candidate will competently carry out duties in a professional manner and in accordance with regulatory requirements, service levels and company standards.
Responsibilities
* Formation of the Group’s financial policy;
* Lead the quarterly and year-end closings, including allocations, provisions, and data checks;
* Ensure compliance of financial statements with the local standards, contribute to data accuracy improvements, drive coordination of data between local accountants and sales, production, logistics, and R&D teams;
* Prepare the quarterly consolidated financial statements of the Group;
* Cooperate and deliver information for internal/external audit reviews.
2) Financial planning and analysis
* Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecast updates;
* Prepare monthly financial analysis to monitor budget variance, monitor the execution of budget baselines, ensure consistency between operation results & budget expectations;
* Ad-hoc reports and calculations for CEO, and Board members.
