The Performance Marketing Team is a world leader in online marketing. It’s data‑driven, focused on scaling marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value through measurable programs and channels. The team brings together top analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists, supported by leaders experienced in data science, product, strategy, and marketing.
In This Role, You’ll Get to:
 * Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels.
 * Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
 * Design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), build structured analyses, and rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness to drive data‑driven decisions.
 * Partner closely with business functions to identify opportunities and interpret complex data trends using SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
 * Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including senior management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
 * 4‑6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
 * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
 * Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
 * Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
 * Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior management.
