Responsibilities
* Support the execution of global marketing initiatives through local adaptation across CIS markets
* Coordinate the implementation of product launches, campaigns, and commercial activations in collaboration with Sales and distributor teams
* Support the development, adaptation, and distribution of marketing materials across CIS to ensure consistency and market relevance
* Act as the operational marketing point of contact for CIS distributors, ensuring alignment and effective execution of local initiatives
* Coordinate HCP engagement activities, including congresses, scientific events, trainings, workshops, and educational programs across the CIS region
* Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs to ensure compliance, scientific accuracy, and consistency of HCP communications
* Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement initiatives and speaker programs in coordination with regional stakeholders
* Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints (print, digital, social media, and events)
* Support the execution of digital marketing activities, including CRM/email campaigns, website updates, and social media coordination
* Monitor campaign and event performance, including KPIs, budget tracking, and post-activity reporting
* Contribute to the preparation of management reports, providing clear and structured performance insights
* Participate in UAE regional initiatives and cross‑functional projects
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2–5 years of experience in marketing within the aesthetics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries
* Experience in multi-country and distributor-led environments is a strong advantage
* Exposure to HCP engagement, medical education, or event coordination is highly valued
* Strong execution mindset with a high level of attention to detail and quality
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across markets and functions
* Fluency in English is required; Russian is essential; additional languages are a plus
