Responsibilities
Support the EU Advertising & Campaign Management team, receiving, briefing, producing and delivering collateral briefs. Liaise with all relevant teams; Marketing, Media, Creative, Sales and Store Development to manage advertising projects across print and digital. Work with freelance and agency resource to deliver on all briefs in a timely manner.
Day-to-Day
* Create campaign assets for all kinds of campaigns (evites, invitations, menus, web banners, social media formats)
* Support with POS marketing assets (in-store videos, backlits, signages etc.)
* Brief and liaise with printers/agencies
* Prioritise and manage deadlines
* Competitor knowledge, track / analyse and provide regular team updates on:
* Impressive / innovative social media content particularly in the AR space
* Ground-breaking OOH campaigns
System administration
* Learn and manage administration and seasonal updates on the campaign management site.
* Manage communications highlighting newly posted imagery/videos
* Utilise the team creative planning system
Seasonal support
* Support major store opening 360 campaigns
* Manage imagery and video library
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills
* Positive, dynamic approach
* Self-driven
* Flexible – ability to pivot quickly if deadlines / priorities change
* Strong IT skills: Excel and PowerPoint, a plus: understanding of the
* Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
* Fluent spoken and written English is essential (Proficiency, CPE)
* additional EU language is a plus
* Ability to work under pressure and to a tight schedule
