HR Manager for 3 months
The HR Manager is a key business partner supporting a large, fast-moving operational function within an international organization headquartered in Geneva. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and day-to-day HR execution, working closely with leaders to ensure teams are well staffed, supported, and able to perform at their best.

Missions
Act as a Trusted HR Partner
* Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and staff within the Operations function.
* Provide clear, pragmatic advice on people-related matters such as workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational changes.
* Support leaders in making fair, consistent, and timely people decisions aligned with organizational values.
Drive HR Operations and Delivery
* Manage and coordinate HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
* Work closely with HR partners, shared service teams, and specialists to ensure smooth execution and consistent service delivery.
* Contribute actively to recruitment processes, ensuring roles are filled efficiently and new hires are well integrated.
* Track service quality, identify bottlenecks, and improve HR processes to make them more efficient and user-friendly.
Support Leaders, Teams, and Engagement
* Coach managers on leadership practices, team dynamics, and performance conversations.
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and respectful working environment where people feel supported and engaged.
* Promote employee wellbeing, psychological safety, and constructive dialogue across teams.
* Support the resolution of team challenges and interpersonal issues with professionalism and discretion.
Ensure Governance and Compliance
* Ensure HR practices comply with internal frameworks, employment regulations, and contractual obligations.
* Handle sensitive cases with care, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
* Contribute to consistent and transparent HR decision-making across the department.
Profil du candidat
Experience and Background
* A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; professional HR certification is an asset.
* Around 7-10 years of professional experience, including several years in HR roles with a strong operational focus.
* Proven experience working in complex, international, or matrix-based organizations.
* Solid knowledge of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and workforce planning.
* Familiarity with employment law; knowledge of Swiss labor law is an advantage.
