This is a great opportunity for someone with2-5 years of experience in a sales role in banking, who has completed auniversity degreeorbanking graduate program, and is fluent inGerman, Swiss German and English.
Your Role
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you’ll work closely with senior colleagues to support and grow key client relationships. You’ll help prepare client meetings, ensure smooth coordination across departments, and actively contribute to building long-term partnerships.
Your key tasks
* Manage customer relationships in the Swiss German speaking region
* Assist in managing and developing key client accounts
* Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports
* Identify, shape and present sales pitches
* Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent client service
* Identify opportunities for account growth and improvement
* Support client meetings and manage follow-up actions
* Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
Qualifications
* 2+ years of relevant experience inb2b and/or b2c bankingsales,client support, andbanking
* Completeduniversity degreeorbanking graduate program
* Fluency in German, Swiss German and English
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
* Strong understanding of sales approaches
* Willingness to take responsibility for high value sales cases and drive sales success
* Strong sales performance incentives provided
