You will work directly with our CEO, CFO, CTO, and Head of Sales during a period of European expansion. Be the Glue: Ensure the CTO, CFO, CEO, and Head of Sales are operating at 100% efficiency. You’ll handle the heavy lifting of schedules and operations so the leadership can focus on growth.
Startup Engineering: You won’t just follow processes; you’ll help build them. You’ll dive into strategic tasks to help improve our internal automation and administration infrastructure.
Project Catalyst: You’ll track timelines and deliverables like a hawk, ensuring that big ideas actually turn into reality across all departments.
Stakeholder Pulse: Build relationships across the team. You are the go‑to person for making things happen and keeping the momentum high.
Deep Dives: Support the leadership with research and insights that help us stay ahead of the AI‑driven document automation market.

In‑Person: This is an in‑person, high‑collaboration role. You must live in or near the Basel area and be excited to work 100% on‑site at our Sissach office. We move fast, and we do it together.
