PpWe are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a major transformation initiative within the Life Insurance and Benefits domain of our client. In this role, you will lead strategic IT projects linked to contract management, claims, regulatory compliance, and the modernization of core insurance systems, while working closely with business teams, IT stakeholders, and external partners. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead one or more IT projects end-to-end, from initial scoping through deployment, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and scope. /li liDefine project structure, planning, resource allocation, milestones, and budget requirements. /li liEstablish and monitor project KPIs, governance indicators, and reporting mechanisms. /li liEnsure project deliverables meet business expectations and quality standards. /li liOrganize and lead project meetings, kick-offs, steering committees, and governance forums. /li liCoordinate efficiently across IT teams, Life Insurance business teams, and external vendors or partners. /li liManage dependencies with other information system initiatives and support key decision-making processes. /li liProduce clear and concise updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and arbitration points. /li liOversee day-to-day project progress and ensure milestone achievement across all streams. /li liIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies. /li liAnticipate roadblocks and drive resolution with the relevant teams. /li liWork closely with Release Management and Operations teams to support controlled production rollouts. /li liPromote collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including IT, business, and third-party suppliers. /li liSupport teams in achieving project objectives through structured follow-up and strong communication. /li liEnsure compliance with project management standards, delivery best practices, and controlled implementation processes. /li liContribute to the transformation and modernization of the Life Insurance information system. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in complex and business-critical environments. /li liStrong experience in the insurance sector, preferably within Life Insurance. /li liDemonstrated experience delivering end-to-end projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and dependencies. /li liExperience working in multi-system environments with integration constraints and production delivery requirements. /li liGood understanding of Life Insurance processes, including contracts, benefits, savings, and related business flows. /li liStrong awareness of regulatory and compliance constraints in the insurance environment. /li liSolid understanding of IT architecture and integration challenges. /li liStrong command of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, hybrid, and V-cycle. /li liExcellent planning, prioritization, and coordination skills. /li liHands‑on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. /li liStrong analytical and synthesis capabilities, with the ability to structure complex information clearly. /li liVery good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders. /li liAutonomous, rigorous, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven. /li liDegree in Engineering, Management, or a relevant Project Management certification. /li liFrench is required for this role. /li /ul pBy submitting your resume, you agree to the retention and use of your personal data by TSG for recruitment purposes, including sharing with our clients in the context of your application. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
