* Write content across formats (copy, social, short-form, founder and executive voice) working with internal and external partners
* Build creator, influencer and community relationships to find stories and earn attention
* Handle internal comms: all-hands, newsletter, culture content
* Translate brand strategy into a living narrative across all touchpoints
Strategic comms skills and advisory
* Advise the CEO and leadership on messaging and positioning
* Own the corporate narrative across website copy, investor materials and key external touchpoints
* Shape company announcements and product launches
* Set external comms governance: who speaks for the company, where, and in what voice
* Develop cDevelop crisis protocols and coordinate executive visibility (talks, podcasts, bylines)
* Manage comms budget and external vendors
Profile and background
* Startup or PR/creative-agency background, not a classic corporate comms career
* Have a maker mindset: can produce strong content themselves, not only brief it out
* active on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and be aware which communications trends are happening
* Strong brand and editorial instinct, comfortable holding and extending a brand voice
* Fluent with AI tools for the commodity parts of the job so you have enough time to be creative
* Works naturally with designers and creative partners
