Your main assignments:
- Lead, manage and develop the accounting team
- Work closely with the CEO and the Board regarding financial topics
- Ensure proper quarterly and annual statutory closings, as well as audit process
- Budgeting and cost controlling
- Liquidity management (budget and regular forecasts)
- Preparation of external and internal reportings (Management and Board)
- Establish and enforce robust internal controls and processes
- Ensure tax and VAT compliance
Your profile:
- Swiss certified public accountant or Swiss certified expert in Accounting and Controlling
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in an audit company
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Initiative – must be a self-starter who takes the lead when necessary
- Young and dynamic with appreciation of challenging tasks
- Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
