Your Role and Responsibilities
In this dual-capacity position, you will support both the financial and human resources departments, with the added responsibility of stepping in for the CFO when needed. The role includes:
 * Acting as a deputy to the CFO in areas such as financial planning, analysis, and reporting
 * Managing payroll and supporting the preparation of financial statements, including end-of-year reporting
 * Overseeing HR administrative processes across multiple regional locations
 * Serving as a point of contact for managers on employee-related matters
 * Identifying and implementing process improvements within the HR and finance functions
 * Handling general administrative tasks and internal coordination
Who We're Looking For
We are searching for a candidate with a structured mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage sensitive data with care. Ideal candidates will bring the following:
 * A completed commercial or business administration education, with additional training or significant hands-on experience in finance and HR
 * Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial controlling
 * Proven experience with Swiss labor law and payroll administration
 * Excellent command of written and spoken German; French proficiency at B2 level or higher is a strong asset
 * Comfortable using Microsoft 365; familiarity with tools like Abacus is a plus
 * Analytical, dependable, and service-minded personality with excellent organizational skills
