As Product Management Lead (m/f/d) Switzerland, you will take overall responsibility for the strategic direction, continuous development, and full lifecycle management of our product portfolio. Our customers are always at the heart of what we do – as is our commitment to delivering integrated, forward-thinking system solutions. Close collaboration with our sales, service, and development teams, as well as ongoing market dialogue, is key to evolving existing solutions and addressing emerging customer needs.
Your Impact
* Full ownership of product management for market-relevant solutions – from initial idea through to successful market launch – in close cooperation with the Product Lines, Business Unit, and Management team
* Internal alignment and collaboration with Sales, Service, and Marketing to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies
* Preparation of price lists and product packages, including associated internal and external communications
* Development of presentations and decision-making materials for strategic initiatives – acting as a key interface to senior management
* Continuous market monitoring and analysis (technical and business), along with active involvement in industry associations and networks
* Direct communication with external stakeholders and close collaboration with Product Owners at our production sites
* Planning and execution of product trainings – both internally and for external specialist partners
* Participation and networking in relevant Swiss expert committees and associations
Who you are
You combine entrepreneurial thinking with a strong technical understanding, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a hands-on mindset. You are a team player with a high degree of initiative and the confidence to drive results in a dynamic environment.
To ensure that you are successful in your job, we are also looking for:
* Completed studies in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering, or a comparable academic background with a focus on building and energy technology
* At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, including leadership of a team or project – ideally in the HVAC industry (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
* Fluent in both German and English (negotiation level); additional language skills such as French or Italian are a plus
* Willingness to travel within the DACH region and France (approx. 20–30% travel)
