We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and Cisco-certified Network Administrator to manage and enhance our organization's network infrastructure.
This technical role involves designing, deploying, and supporting high-performance network solutions across all locations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity that supports strategic IT initiatives.
The ideal candidate is experienced in Cisco environments, proactive in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and network security.
Main requirements :
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering
* Certification: Current Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
* Experience: At least 4 years in network administration or engineering within a Cisco environment
* Technical Skills :
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, subnetting, routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
* Experience with Cisco switching technologies (Catalyst, Meraki)
* Hands-on experience with Cisco wireless solutions, including WLC and Access Points
* Familiarity with Cisco monitoring tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center
* Understanding of Network Access Control protocols
Soft Skills :
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities
* Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Main Responsibilities :
* Network Design and Implementation: Collaborate with IT teams to develop and deploy network solutions, configuring Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
* Network Maintenance and Monitoring: Use Cisco tools to monitor performance, respond to incidents, and minimize downtime.
* Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues using CCNA-level knowledge.
* Security & Compliance: Ensure network security policies and regulatory standards are met.
* Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of configurations, changes, and incidents, and prepare management reports.
* Network Upgrades: Plan and implement hardware updates, IOS upgrades, and new Cisco solutions.
