Solution Advisor - SAP Finance Generalist / Architect (f/m/d)

We're excited to expand our SAP Solution Advisory team, which is based in Switzerland and dedicated to serving the Middle and Eastern European region. We're seeking talented individuals with experience in SAP's Finance and Cloud ERP Solution Portfolio. We support renowned customers with their F inance and Business Transformation

Job profile:
As a Senior SAP Solution Advisor, your goal is to steer conversations with prospective customers toward successful deal closings. You will serve as a domain expert for solutions around the Office of the CFO and will map business processes with SAP solutions and IT architectures. Through direct interaction with prospective clients and partners, you will demonstrate SAP solutions and provide expert advice regarding business outcomes and the value they gain. You will also contribute to business development activities such as events, to increase the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
* Strategic positioning of the SAP Finance & Risk Portfolio.
* Customer presentations focusing on added value and business transformation.
* Development and execution of compelling storylines, architectures, demos, and value arguments.
* Active participation in Go-to-Market initiatives for RISE and Grow with SAP.
* Qualification of opportunities and support in the sales process.
* Design and participation in (virtual) events, trade fairs & webinars.
* Close collaboration with Account Executives, Specialized Sales, and SAP partners
Experience and language requirements:
* Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Advanced degrees such as a Master's, MBA, or PhD are a plus.
* Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience in presales/solution advisory / architecture advisory or a comparable task spectrum.
o Several years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or finance-related roles.
o Broad understanding of the SAP Finance & Risk Portfolio, ideally with experience in areas such as S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud, GRC, or Treasury
* Skills:
o Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills in English, even at C-Level. German or French is a strong plus.
o Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and high degree of self-motivation.
o Enthusiasm for innovation, new technologies (especially AI), and their added value in the financial sector.
o Ability to think holistic transformation scenarios – professionally sound and technically adept.
o Background from active time in the finance department or demonstrably long-term collaboration with the finance department of customers.
o Deep understanding of finance-relevant processes and their role in business transformation.
o Strong sales focus and the ability to develop closing strategies together with sales.
o Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and team orientation.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environmen
