As an Account Manager, you will be in constant communication with new and existing clients primarily in Switzerland, but also across Europe and globally, to understand their critical skill gaps, consulting needs, budgets, and more.
With a focus on representing the full scope of our services, you'll identify new opportunities by building relationships with current and prospective clients to support the growth of your accounts.

The Job...
1. Establish high-value relationships with new and existing clients
2. Build rapport and strengthen relationships through calls, emails, and onsite meetings to identify consulting opportunities
3. Create win-win situations by negotiating contract terms with clients
4. Manage pre-sale planning and post-sale execution
5. Collaborate with recruiters to find suitable candidate matches
6. Manage consultants during their assignments for Oxford
7. Input client information and communication notes into our CRM system
8. Business Development: Generate outbound leads by profiling and researching new clients to expand your client database
9. Perform outbound calls and prospecting campaigns to nurture leads and grow your client base
Required Profile:
You...
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in German and/or French is a significant advantage
* Are self-motivated with a high-energy personality, comfortable creating new connections and reaching out to contacts
* Possess a competitive, goal-oriented mindset to meet and exceed targets
* Can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience
* We are willing to develop new talent with limited sales experience
* Open to experienced Account Managers, especially those with experience in IT or Life Sciences solutions
