Your tasks
Train new productive employees on hands‑on engine disassembly and assembly practices using the training engine.
Deliver training on SR Technics working procedures, engine maintenance manuals and correct tool usage in aviation.
Ensure high‑quality workmanship in line with SRT standards, airworthiness requirements and applicable authority regulations.
Promote a strong safety culture, risk awareness and critical thinking to prevent hazards, incidents and accidents.
Create, update and maintain training materials, desktop procedures and work instructions based on current manufacturer documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean principles and identifying opportunities to improve training and operational processes.
Act as a role model for safety, compliance, quality and professional working standards.
Your Profile
Significant experience as an Engine Technician within an MRO or comparable aviation maintenance environment.
Technical education or degree in a relevant field.
More than 10 years of experience in a production or engine maintenance environment.
Previous experience as a trainer, coach or mentor is an advantage.
Good knowledge of engine maintenance manuals, aviation tools, safety standards and quality requirements.
English level B2; German is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, leadership mindset, multicultural awareness and passion for aircraft engines.
