We are looking for a Legal Counsel / In-house Lawyer 60% (M/F).Your Impact:- Advise the companies of the PX Group on all legal issues related to business law (corporate law or competition, intellectual property, labor law).- Draft and review all types of documents for the entire group.- Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions.- Carry out legal and regulatory monitoring.- Manage the database of legal texts and documents.- Draft and update internal directives (especially related to money laundering).- Perform tasks related to compliance (due diligence of business partners).- Organize and actively participate in audits (LBA, LBMA, RJC).- Manage tasks related to intellectual property (trademark law).- Raise awareness and train employees on topics related to legal areas and compliance.You make a difference if:- You hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in law or equivalent (a certificate).- You have several years of professional experience in a corporate legal department or in a law firm (compliance).- You have an excellent command of French (oral and written), very good knowledge of English (oral and written), and ideally have experience working in English.- You are conscientious, proactive, and stress-resistant, distinguished by your flexibility and commitment.
