Responsibilities The position involves analysing current workflows, understanding system dependencies, exploring available data sources, and defining the technical or process changes required to create a faster and more efficient corporate closing environment. The Business Analyst will contribute to system enhancements, data management improvements, and process redesign initiatives while collaborating closely with Finance, IT, and AI/automation teams.
Partner with Corporate Center finance stakeholders to analyse financial closing processes.
Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
Assess data sources and determine required system or data changes.
Translate findings into clear technical and process improvement specifications.
Collaborate with IT, data, AI, and delivery teams to implement solutions.
Support process redesign initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst .
Strong analytical and process mapping skills .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior management.
Experience applying AI, robotic automation, or lean/process redesign methodologies .
Strong technical understanding, including SAP FICO and Group Reporting .
