Job description
Sales Management Boost Sales
Sales & Performance
1. Contributes to achieving the sales targets by converting walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.
Customer-Centric Excellence
2. Supports customer service efforts, by providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
Customer Interaction
3. Interacts with the customers, to assist them and ensure their satisfaction by building customer confidence, being proactive in offering suggestions and sharing product knowledge.
Setting the scene for the brand

4. Has a good understanding of the brand, its values, and how it influences customer experience.
Product Presentation
5. Always maintains an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
6. Support with visual merchandising implementation and constantly make sure it remains visually appealing
Leading & organising the Store
Operational excellence
7. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock.
8. Assist with repairs, change of straps and batteries.
9. Handling of cash register and settlements.
Tech Savvy & System Proficiency
10. Good understanding of the store systems to handle transactions, inventory and store daily business.
Time management & Prioritization
11. Efficiently balances his or her time between customer service with operational duties.

Professional requirements
Qualifications
19. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
20. Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably for a company with fast moving goods/products or in the watch industry.
Skills (mandatory)
21. Clear communication with the customer, team, and hierarchical line
22. Good interpersonal skills
23. Strong sales and negotiations skills
24. Ability to understand and present technical details
25. Proficient in using the POS (Points of Sales) systems and handling transactions
