Responsibilities:- Ensure the care is provided according to the patient's needs, care objectives, and medical prescriptions, under the supervision of a nurse.- Support the physical, mental, and social well-being of patients and assist them in their daily activities.- Ensure a clean and safe environment by respecting hospital hygiene rules.- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, taking a comprehensive and personalized approach to care. Desired Profile:- A CFC of assistant in nursing and community health or a caregiver/auxiliary health diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (CRS).- Experience in a hospital setting: Minimum of 1 year for holders of a diploma X, 2 years for holders of a diploma X, confirmed experience in hospital care (medicine, surgery, etc.).- A great ability to meet the specific requirements of each situation, ease in emergency situations, and good management of excellent skills: good listening skills, solid competencies, and flexibility to work days as well as during the week and 2 weekends per month.
