Production & Logistics Team LeaderYour role:In a demanding industrial chemical environment, you take responsibility for a combination of production and logistics. As a true field relay for the Production Manager, you lead a team of 7 and actively contribute to performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.Mission:- Manage a team of 7 people (4 in production, 3 in logistics) and organize daily activity (scheduling, priorities, contingencies)- Guarantee objectives (safety, quality, deadlines, costs) by following performance indicators- Implement concrete and measurable corrective actions- Strictly enforce HSQE rules- Supervise and optimize internal flows of raw materials, finished products, first-level maintenance, and coordinate effectively with the maintenance department- Identify and drive concrete improvement actions- Draft and update work instructions and standards- Lead and contribute to investment projects- Carry out the commissioning of new equipment or processesYour profile:- Engineer or equivalent (industrial engineering, processes, production)- Minimum 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment- Field management experience essential- Management of complex industrial projects (> 50 kCHF)- Experience in the chemical industry or high-risk environment- Comfortable with tools and software: ERP (ideally Business Central), analysis tools such as Power BI, full Office suite, use of a CMMS- Ability to structure and formalize (instructions, standards)- Forklift license (SUVA R1/R2, S2) is a plus- Credible leadership in the field- Ability to decide and manage unforeseen events- High standards, rigor, and sense of responsibility- Strong proactivity- Good ability to engage a teamThe company is an SME with short decision-making channels, a demanding and stimulating technical environment.
