Qualifications and Requirements

* An accounting degree and 4–5 years' experience in a similar role within an international company are required.

* Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP and Concur, is highly valued.

* Understanding of Swiss accounting standards and IFRS is essential.

* Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools is necessary.

* Fluency in English is required, with German being a plus.

* A proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual who can take responsibility seriously and communicate effectively across teams is ideal.
