Job Summary
* Monitor inheritance and guardianship cases under Swiss and international law as part of our Legal Department's monitoring team.
* Contribute to developing, implementing, and updating internal processes and guidelines.
* Optimize internal processes, review, and draft internal guidelines.
* Participate in key regulatory projects.
* Provide support and advice to front-line staff and management.
Key Qualifications
* Masters degree in Swiss Law required.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a jurist/lawyer in the banking industry, consultancy/law firm, or notary office focusing on inheritance law.
* Excellent knowledge of French and German; working knowledge of English is a strong asset.
* Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks.
* Very good communication and writing skills.
* Autonomous and dynamic individual who thrives in a multicultural environment.
* Strong team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, technological, and international setting.
