Project:
Our client (a government agency) is looking for an experienced business analyst to support requirements analysis, specification, coordination, and sustainable documentation. (Reference number 924708RF).
Responsibilities:
* Participation in and moderation of workshops and coordination sessions between departments and product teams
* Gathering, analyzing, structuring, and coordinating requirements (including clarifying goals and scope)
* Conceptualizing the technical implementation in coordination with the architect, developers, product owner, and subject matter experts; creating user stories for developers for programming, applying various requirements engineering artifacts, e.g., use case, activity, or sequence diagrams
* Maintaining and ensuring the quality of backlog content (e.g., structure, prioritization criteria, and ready criteria), developing solution approaches including variant evaluation, and preparing well-founded solution proposals, taking impact and dependency analyses into account; active participation in agile ceremonies (e.g., planning, reviews).
* Support for test management (derivation of test fundamentals, clarifications, documentation, support with acceptance criteria)
* Support with technical specifications (e.g., web service/interface definitions, batch and database documentation)
* Development, maintenance, and quality assurance of sustainable product and project documentation
* Taking on further requirements engineering tasks as needed
Requirements:
* IREB certification or equivalent qualification in business analysis (CAS, Diploma, etc.)
* More than 5 years of experience as a business analyst (advantageous for federal agencies)
* More than 5 years of experience with UML (actual modeling experience is required, not just theoretical knowledge or supplementing/referencing existing models)
* More than 1 year of experience with the UML tool Innovator
* At least 1 year of practical experience in a SAFe or similar environment in the role of business analyst/requirements engineer (SAFe certification advantageous)
* 5 years of experience with interface specifications (SOAP architecture) between systems (technical) as a business analyst/requirements engineer
* 5 years of experience with the SoapUI tool (advantageous)
* 2 years of experience with the OpenAPI standard and REST interfaces (advantageous)
* Good XMLSpy skills
* At least 1 year of experience with Jira and Confluence
* German as the project language at C2 level
