Our client is a leading global player in the Pharmaceutical industry with global headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. They are undergoing a transformation with respect to culture and outside perception. The organisation focusses on novel therapies in Oncology and Ophthalmology and is also currently developing a world-leading pipeline in Neuroscience and Dermatology with one of the strongest pipelines of Phase II/III studies in the world.
We are currently looking for a:
Regulatory Affairs Regional Coordinator
on a contract until the end of 2025.
In this role, you will provide vital operational support across our global regulatory network, ensuring timely coordination and delivery of business-critical documents to support regulatory submissions in Rest of World (RoW) countries.
Main Responsibilities:
Support regulatory activities (New Marketing Authorization Applications, line extensions, renewals, CMC changes, Safety Label Changes) in Rest of World countries, by ensuring timely and accurate availability of business-critical documents, not provided as part of the core dossier.
Support RA Regions with administrative tasks such as managing shared mailboxes, meeting logistics, and signature coordination.
Act as the single point of contact for external vendors providing legalization and notary services.
Manage processes for Letters of Authorization and liaise with Country Organizations worldwide to ensure timely document delivery.
Maintain tracking systems and archives to provide transparent oversight of documentation status.
Oversee the RAD request tool and contribute to annual system testing.
Assist with the development and rollout of RA capability-building programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
Completed commercial training (e.g., Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school) or equivalent vocational qualification. A bachelor’s degree is also acceptable.
Proven experience in an operational support role, ideally within a regulatory or healthcare setting.
Proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative working style.
Excellent written and spoken English is required; additional languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
