Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field,
* Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting or financial auditing, preferably within the energy or construction sectors,
* Solid background in IFRS reporting and the Uniform Chart of Accounts,
* Experience in EPC project cost calculations or international project accounting is highly preferred,
* Advanced user of MS Office (strong Excel skills) and SAP (FI/MM modules),
* Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in German is a significant professional advantage,
* Strong analytical thinking, time management, and the ability to work independently in an international setting,
* Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is considered a strong asset,
Responsibilities
* Execute and oversee daily and monthly accounting operations, including trial balance and financial statement preparation for the Swiss entity,
* Ensure full compliance with Swiss local accounting standards and IFRS requirements,
* Monitor and register bank transactions, performing complex month-end reconciliations,
* Conduct financial control of contracts, progress payments, and international supplier agreements,
* Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure smooth audit processes and legal compliance,
* Manage documentation flow and maintain financial archives in accordance with both Swiss law and company procedures,
* Act as a key financial point of contact for the head office in Istanbul, providing timely reports and data,
* Support the management in financial analysis and the optimization of EPC-F project cash flows.
