About the role
We are looking for a German-speaking AI Crowd Sourcer to support large-scale AI data projects. This role focuses on high-volume sourcing, creative outreach, and fast execution in a dynamic, changing environment.
This is not a traditional recruitment role. Success depends on curiosity, agility, and ownership, not on years of experience.
What you will do
· Source and engage AI contributors across multiple online channels and communities
· Actively explore and test sourcing channels (social media, forums, niche communities, job boards, etc.)
· Create and adapt outreach messages to improve response and conversion rates
· Work with shifting priorities, tight timelines, and partial information
· Monitor basic performance signals (response rates, drop-offs, volume) and adjust approach accordingly
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet project delivery needs
What we are looking for
Must-have
· Fluent German (written and spoken); English as a working language
· Experience in high-volume environments (agency, BPO, call center, recruitment, marketing ops, or similar)
· Comfortable with repetitive work at scale while maintaining quality
· Strong ownership mindset: acts without waiting for perfect instructions
· Coachability: open to feedback and able to adapt quickly
· Curious and scrappy: actively uses social media and online communities and enjoys exploring new ways of sourcing
Nice-to-have
· Background in marketing, market expansion, or digital outreach
· Experience working with basic data and metrics to guide decisions
· Familiarity with crowdsourcing, recruitment platforms, or community-based sourcing
