Admin Assistant
who thrives in remote work, can handle multitasking across teams, and is eager to grow in an international environment.
Responsibilities
* Edit and organize documents (mainly PDFs) using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
* Provide day-to-day admin support across internal teams.
* Manage professional communication with students, tutors, and stakeholders via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
* Coordinate course logistics, including classroom/venue bookings in Switzerland.
* Assist with translations and multilingual communication (English required, German/French a plus).
* Support new projects in collaboration with the engineering and operations teams.
* Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth company operations.
Requirements
* Excellent English skills (C1 or above).
* At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordination role(internships can count as experience for fresh graduates).
* Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro (or willingness to learn quickly).
* Tech-savvy and adaptable, with good time-management skills.
* Additional knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
* Must be available for 5–6 working days aligned with Swiss time zones.
