Your Mission
In this key position, you act as the technical "brain" of the sales phase, serving as the bridge between customer requirements and technical implementation.
Technical Lead: You are responsible for the technical feasibility, design, and cost estimation of large‑scale, customer‑specific plant systems.
Specification Expert: You analyze and evaluate User Requirement Specifications (URS), RFQs, and technical customer specifications in minute detail.
Solution Architect: You create compelling technical proposal documentation, including requirements and traceability documents.
Central Interface: You facilitate technical clarification meetings and coordinate collaboration between Sales, Engineering, and Production.
Ambassador: You accompany the International Sales Manager to customer meetings and represent the company at trade fairs worldwide.
Your Profile
Education: Completed university degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
Experience: Several years of practical experience in technical sales or project engineering involving complex capital goods (ideally within plant engineering).
Methodology: Proficient handling of technical specification documents, combined with a precise and cost‑conscious approach to technical estimation.
Languages: Business‑fluent German and English (additional languages are a plus).
Mobility: Enjoyment of occasional international travel.
