Job Title: IT Support Technician - On-Site Specialist
Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide on-site technical assistance as needed. As a dispatch-based employee, you will be assigned tasks when required and work variable hours depending on support requests.
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
* Support Windows operating systems (7–10), Microsoft Active Directory, and MS Office 365.
* Install, repair, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals in a timely manner.
* Maintain and update the helpdesk ticketing system for seamless issue tracking.
* Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication.
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year of experience in IT support or desktop support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
* Familiarity with Mac OS is preferred but not mandatory.
* Able to adapt to flexible working hours and respond to urgent requests.
* Legally authorized to work in the specified region.
