strategic supplier relationship management (SRM) where necessary, including performance tracking and governance frameworks /liliProcurement Operations Governance /liliLeverage procurement technology and spend analytics to identify opportunities and inform decision-making /liliSupport procurement compliance, policy adherence, and P2P adoption (e.g., purchase orders, catalogues) /liliCollaborate with operational procurement teams to ensure effective handoff of lower-value or transactional IT spend /li /ulpstrongContinuous Improvement Capability Building /strong /pulliContribute to process improvement initiatives and the evolution of procurement best practices /liliSupport change management and adoption of category strategies /liliShare knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability /li /ulbrQualificationsbr/br/pstrongEssential: /strong /pulliSignificant experience in strategic IT sourcing and category management within a global environment /liliProven track record in leading complex sourcing projects and negotiating enterprise-level IT contracts /liliStrong knowledge of IT procurement categories (e.g., software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, services) /liliExpertise in strategic sourcing methodologies, RFx processes, and contract development, including working autonomously to lead competitive sourcing RFx projects and support contract drafting /liliDemonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed, international organisation /liliAbility to communicate with impact and influence senior stakeholders and Executive Leadership Teams (ELT) /liliStrong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and financial modelling skills /liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills /li /ulpstrongTechnical Tools : /strong /pulliExperience with eProcurement systems (e.g., P2P platforms, eSourcing tools, catalogues) /liliStrong proficiency in spend analytics and data-driven sourcing /liliAdvanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools /liliFamiliarity with tools such as Coupa and Power BI (preferred) /liliExperience in savings calculations, forecasting and recording /li /ulpstrongPreferred Experience: under separate ‘guided-buy’ channels, maintaining capacity in the strategic channel for the spend that matters most. /liliKnowledge of Coupa and PowerBI would be an advantage /liliHighly numerate with
