Assistant Head of Floristry The Kulm Hotel is world-renowned for its magnificent halls and meticulous attention to detail. As the right hand to our Head Florist, you will play a key role in transforming our hotel into a blooming masterpiece. You are more than a florist - you are an ambassador of aesthetics and elegance.
Your Mission:
* Creative Staging: You will take a leading role in the entire floral design-from delicate table arrangements to grand, imposing bouquets for our most exclusive suites.
* Event Highlights: Showcase your skills in large-scale floral design during glamorous weddings, gala evenings, and major seasonal projects (such as our legendary Christmas and New Year's Eve decorations).
* Perfection in Detail: You ensure a consistently flawless appearance of all arrangements and green plants, both indoors and outdoors.
* Taking Responsibility: You support the department head operationally, coordinate flower deliveries, and ensure that our high quality standards are felt in every single arrangement.
* Start Date: June 1st, 2026 (Seasonal Contract)
