Missions
* Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and email
* Act as the primary point of contact for external emails, managing communication and ensuring timely delivery of assets and materials to partners, customers, etc
* Use basic design skills to create presentations and other light marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency
* Coordinate the logistics and materials for events, trade shows and other local activities in collaboration with internal and external partners
* Provide administrative assistance, including tracking budgets, processing invoices and managing local activities
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
* Proven experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English
* Ability to clearly articulate project needs and manage expectations with both internal and external stakeholders is a must
* High proficiency in Google Suite (particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides)
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
