Hotel Operations Director
The successful candidate will oversee the entire hotel operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overall management of all departments: front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and engineering.
* Effective coordination with shore side management for optimal hotel operations and policies implementation.
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
* Careful maintenance and upkeep of equipment and machinery across all departments.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for passenger inquiries, complaints, and suggestions.
* Motivating staff and promoting a positive work environment that fosters excellent service delivery.
* Organizing special events and activities in collaboration with other departments.
