As part of one of our activities and in order to respond to new cantonal projects, we are looking to strengthen our teams of occupational therapists, currently composed of 22 occupational therapists within the CMS X de La Côte, by opening positions for: An occupational therapist for the CMS X East (%) and Terre-Sainte (%) MissionProvide quality occupational therapy based on models and a client-centered approach. Assume the care of clients in accordance with the home care mission in an interdisciplinary operating mode. Participate in the well-aging approach and the development of skills by ensuring support for auxiliary staff and trainees. Be an advocate for promoting occupational therapy within their CMS, at FLC during professional groups, and by participating in the cantonal home project, in local initiatives, and/or by facilitating prevention activities.ProfileBachelor HES-SO in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, or degree X from the Swiss Red Cross. Ability to be and position oneself as a partner in networked work. Interest in developing their role autonomously. Experience in the care field is a plus.
