Property Management Clerk (m/f/d) 50-70%
For our client, Gfeller & Käufeler Immobilien AG, we are looking for a Property Management Clerk at the Wettingen AG location, starting immediately or by arrangement. You can expect a responsible and varied role. Depending on your preference and previous experience, the focus can be on managing rental properties and/or condominium ownership.
Your tasks
You support the entire marketing and letting of properties – from creating attractive advertisements to drafting rental contracts and handling terminations
You are the central contact person and maintain telephone, written and personal contact with tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and owners
You conduct viewings, accompany handovers and inspections, and ensure that the rental properties are always presented in the best condition
You ensure the maintenance of the properties according to the management contract and assist in monitoring timely rent collection in cooperation with the accounting department
You organise condominium owners’ meetings
Your profile
You have completed commercial training and have initial professional experience in property management
Driving licence category B – great! Own car – not mandatory!
You communicate fluently in German
You are service-oriented and enjoy working with people
Rimo R5 knowledge is an advantage
