Your Tasks
* Ensure a workplace that complies with all Safety, Health and Environmental rules, regulations, and requirements for all employees.
* Guarantee workmanship quality in accordance with applicable SRT, airworthiness, and authorities’ rules and regulations.
* Assign employees to jobs, maintain vacation planning in line with engine planning, and monitor labor efficiency.
* Organise support across SR Technics departments to assure performance, including tools, equipment, and work documentation.
* Actively manage human resources to ensure the availability of skills for demand.
* Focus on training and development needs for employees and the department.
* Execute and promote Continuous Improvements using Lean principles to achieve the organization’s targets.
* Improve related processes to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow‑up with all employees.
* Apply performance management process (PMP) and provide leadership with a focus on employee motivation.
Your Profile
* 4 years of technical apprenticeship.
* Technical education.
* Operational and managerial experience in the aviation industry.
* Proven ability to provide effective management of allocated manpower and resources.
* Proven ability to communicate issues to management with suggested solutions.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of health, safety and quality procedures at the required level.
* Good command of verbal and written English, level C1.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Positive attitude and solution‑oriented approach.
* High degree of customer focus, both internal and external.
* Demonstrated good communication and teamwork, with an ability to manage.
* Proven ability to work under pressure.
* Readiness for two‑shift work.
