Job Description
* Take care of our event guests – hand in hand with your team, from morning until night
* Coordinate events with all internal departments and make sure everyone has the information they need
* Handle all group requests starting from 8 rooms
* Prepare offers, contracts, and invoices
* Enter bookings into the system, create rooming lists, and make all arrangements for the perfect check‑in and stay
* Meet with customers on site and complement this with telephone communication
* Prepare your shift thoroughly and keep the venue tidy afterwards
* Remain calm even when every room is sold and phones are ringing off the hook
Qualifications
* Professional experience in a similar role and passion for hospitality
* Open and communicative; able to assert yourself when needed
* Enjoy working with people and inspiring them
* Enthusiastic about great food and drinks and love discovering new concepts
* Speak German and English fluently
