Call Centre Agent FR & GER / IT or ENG 100%
Tasks : Respond to customer enquiries regarding products and services by telephone
Identify sales opportunities and exploit them as actively as possible
Arrange appointments for personalised advice
Profile : Completed initial training
Good experience in customer service, call centre or sales
Fluency in French and German mandatory, or Italian
Very comfortable with digital technology and quick to familiarise with new systems
Flexibility regarding working hours (including Saturdays occasionally)
