Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end PLM engagements, from pre-sales and scoping to delivery and post-implementation support.
* Define PLM strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business objectives and digital transformation goals.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment between business, IT, and engineering functions.
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, and business analysts.
* Support change management, training, and adoption activities.
* Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal creation.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in PLM consulting, project management, or solution delivery.
* Strong knowledge of PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, or PTC Windchill.
* Proven experience managing large-scale PLM transformation programs.
* Solid understanding of engineering and product development processes.
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., French or German) are a plus.
