Unlock Operational Excellence as a Sales Operations Manager
The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Sales & Marketing teams and other core departments. This strategic and operational position supports executive decision-making by ensuring accurate data, streamlined processes, and proactive collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Data Management: Own and manage core sales data, ensuring consistency and quality across departments, while monitoring performance, identifying trends, and highlighting areas for improvement.
* Sales Forecasting & Planning: Coordinate global forecasting processes with regional Sales Managers, Business Units, and Supply Chain, utilizing historical and current data to drive accurate short- and long-term sales projections, supporting annual budgets and multi-year strategic planning.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration (S&OP): Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations, supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand and supply, streamlining cross-departmental communication and reducing duplicated efforts.
* Sales Tools, CRM & ERP Systems: Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP/CRM tools supporting sales processes, ensuring smooth integration and usability, working closely with IT and external consultants.
* Pricing & Revenue Management: Prepare and deploy price list updates across platforms, coordinating pricing consistency across teams and regions.
* Sales Enablement & Team Support: Provide operational and analytical support to the global sales team, enabling them to focus on customer engagement, assist with transactional tasks, reporting, and the management of sales documents and contracts, supporting onboarding and ongoing training initiatives related to tools and processes.
* Communication & Organizational Alignment: Facilitate structured communication across the sales team and executive leadership, ensuring clarity of goals, updates, and priorities across global stakeholders, managing risk assessments and mitigation follow-ups related to sales execution.
Requirements and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, basic financial literacy, and at least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry. Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and technical proficiency are also essential, including advanced Excel and Power BI skills, hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics, and fluency in English with any additional language being an asset.
