Cross team interaction is an integral part of how we work, giving you the opportunity to influence system level decisions and contribute to cutting edge GNSS solutions.br/In addition to your hardware design responsibilities, you will support antenna related activities within the team—contributing to the development, integration, and characterization of GNSS antennas that enable next generation single and multi band solutions.br/This role can be based in bEspoo or Athens /b, both strong engineering hubs and key u-blox development locations. br/br/bYour Responsibilities /bliLead the complete hardware design of our products, including concept creation, component selection and evaluation, schematic design, and PCB layout. /liliDrive the transfer of designs to manufacturing, delivering all required production data, documentation, and technical support for industrialization. /liliVerify and validate the hardware design and performance against defined product requirements, ensuring robust and reliable operation. /liliCreate and maintain high quality technical documentation, such as Technical Hardware Specifications and Hardware Verification Reports, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and customers. /liliReference contact for antenna-related questions, offering guidance on integration and performance optimization /liliMaintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with all stakeholders, ensuring project status and technical information remain aligned and up to date in relevant tools (e.g., JIRA, email). /li br/bYour Skills and Experience /b liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. /liliStrong background in RF system and receiver front end design, with practical expertise with LNAs, amplifiers, filters, antenna interfaces and related RF components. /liliExtensive hands on experience with RF measurement equipment (e.g., vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer) and advanced RF characterization workflows (e.g., noise figure, dynamic range, sensitivity, spurious emissions). /liliStrong PCB design skills (7+ years of experience) for multilayer mixed signal boards (analog, digital, RF) in the Altium environment. /liliSolid knowledge and deep understanding of GNSS technology, enabling informed component selection, robust system level design, and accurate performance verification. /liliProven experience in antenna design, integration, and characterization. /liliAble to work independently with high precision, while thriving as a collaborative and reliable team member in cross functional environments. /liliExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken). /li br/bBonus Points /b liFamiliarity with mechanical CAD tools (preferably SolidWorks). /liliProgramming skills (Matlab, Python, C) for automation, simulation, or analysis workflows. /li br/bWhat are your perks? /b liA multicultural and international company with over 60 different nationalities /liliProject-based activities working with colleagues distributed across the globe /liliA start-up and innovation mindset while in the process of scaling-up processes and efficiencies /liliHybrid working model flexible working hours /liliA strong learning environment /liliSport activities and Team events /lili... and discover even more by talking with us! /li br/
