Provides co-ordination of PB to ensure sharing of best practice, innovation and project delivery skills. /li /ul pCommercial and Financial /p ul liAccountable for annual discipline budget sign up and delivery. /li liAccountable for discipline financial performance. /li liAccountable for accuracy and overview of financial forecasts. /li liAccountable for working capital management. /li liAccountable for identifying and managing risk within PB /li liManages the operational performance of PB in accordance with the goals, policies and objectives set within Switzerland, including overseeing achievement and maintenance of a satisfactory competitive position with its discipline market. /li /ul pResponsibilities /p ul liStrategic Growth – supports discipline and sector, national and international business development activities through participation in external market profile raising activities and through direct involvement with Clients. /li liProject Management Discipline and oversight – drives operational excellence regarding Project management, is a role model and oversees competence development in the area within PB Swiss Romand. /li liClient engagement and relationships – responsible for ensuring key client relationship / engagement plans are in place for PB Swiss Romand under their responsibility. Reviews key client accounts and builds relationships with client leadership. /li liOrganises business-to-business meetings with partners to strengthen associations, working partnerships and future opportunities. /li liTechnical Excellence and Integration – leads PB to embed a culture of integrated technical excellence and innovation, coordinates synergies with other Business Lines and the German speaking PB business /li liPeople – oversees inclusive human capital strategies and maintains a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels. /li liIn association with HR, develops and implements succession planning across PB and ensures there is clarity of objectives for employees and that they follow WSP standards and measures of performance. /li liEnsures there is a focus on the safety and wellbeing of staff and establishes strong working relationships at all levels. /li liOversees ethics, working culture and behaviours that support collaborative working and integration across the Swiss, Western Europe environment. /li liDelivery – of a personal billable utilisation target of between 20 to 40%. /li /ul pbWHAT IF IT WAS YOU? /b /p ul liStrong background ideally in Properties and Building technical consulting, building operations and rigorous project management. /li liEntrepreneurial - Leading People, Culture and Transformation, acts as a “role model” by encouraging others to embrace change and face new challenges. An ability to translate digitalisation into new services and delivery methods advise on solutions for clients. /li /ul pProfessional Experience /p ul liExperience leading a scale organisation with a focus on driving top-line growth and profitability in a sustainable and responsible way, through disciplined project management. /li liExperience leading initiatives that have led to increased revenue generation, increased market share and business success. /li liTechnical Expertise: Lead and oversee complex projects in the properties and buildings sector, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards. Provide expert guidance on architectural design, structural engineering, and sustainable building practices. /li liBachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. /li liProven experience in the properties and buildings consulting industry, with a focus on technical and market knowledge. /li liHeld a senior leadership position with both technical, operational and financial/commercial capability, empowered to make decisions and allocate resources. /li liComing from the Swiss Romand side of Switzerland and located in the region. Strong commercial network in the area.
