Job Description
The role of a Product Launch and Customer Success Specialist is to ensure the seamless integration of new accounts in European markets. This involves coordinating with internal and external interfaces, serving as the central point of contact for retail B2B accounts, and driving product adoption through proactive project management and communication.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance account partner satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
* Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful onboarding of new account partners and market launches.
* Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to resolve technical and product-specific challenges.
This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with B2B accounts and building trust-based relationships. Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software solutions is also essential.
